Healthy Paws is Numero Uno

Before Healthy Paws, there were very few pet insurance companies to choose from, so most of us went with the largest, which wasn't always the best. Now, there is competition and Healthy Paws is the clear winner. Everyone with whom I have had contact has been concerned and very informed. Thanks goodness we hadn't had to use the insurance much for the first several years, but our Golden has recently been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and has an inoperable abdominal mass. Healthy Paws has made it possible to do what is necessary to keep Fiona alive and healthy, which we will continue to do for as long as she has a decent quality of life. The staff at Healthy Paws has always been helpful and not made me feel as though asking for what I paid for was too much. They are quick on reimbursements and make us feel like part of a caring family for our dogs. Consider them for your pet insurance coverage for the best service available.

So easy! Website explains everything!

I wouldn't normally not by "just in case" insurance; but having own a dog that "passed away" in Dec 2013.....you don't know how emotional it can be when you love of your life pet gets sick. Although, we would continue to spend whatever it takes for Haley to get well....the emotions involved and not knowing when to quit subjecting your dog to tests, tests, and more tests.....I wanted to safeguard my emotions.....and ensure I am making the right decisions for my pets. Embrace...definitely has the best interest for both pet and owner....The wellness plan and insurance is the best plan I have researched....I highly recommend Embrace to pet owners. Their communications are great! You really can't go wrong with the plan.

Affordable Coverage and Great Service

After spending a couple thousand for a surgical procedure for Scottie, my three year old Shetland Sheepdog, I researched pet insurance and decided on ASPCA's Level II insurance for Illness and Accidents. I have had the insurance for about 3 years now. Scottie has had a few claims for which 80% of the covered items have been reimbursed after an annual $100 deductible was met. My experience with ASPCA has been great from their helpful customer service and website, claims status emails, prompt reimbursements and following-up calls regarding how Scottie was doing. Knowing that I can give Scottie the best care possible for any illness or accident is a great piece of mind.

Continuing Care Not Covered after Policy Renewal

I had this insurance for my cat who was diagnosed with cancer last year. It was not curable, but she could have a good quality of life with medicine to manage her symptoms. ASPCA insurance covered her expenses, but when the policy renewed (which happens every year)they would no longer pay any claims for her continuing care.If you were unfortunate to have an accident or illness happen right before the policy renewed, the care would not be covered after that arbitrary date. What a horrible position to put a pet parent in after they have been paying premiums for years. I had otherwise been pleased with ASPCA, but I will not enroll another pet with them after this happened. There are other policies out there with similar premiums who do not do this.

Very Pleased

I researched 12 companies before deciding on Embrace for our English Bulldog Puppy -Tugger. We are completely thrilled with out choice so far and really appreciate the courteous and quick service we have recieved. Plus, the coverage for our boy to have great medical care, to me there was no comparison from all I researched. We are very happy Embracers!

Delighted with this insurance coverage!

I have been a dog lover all my life and with my former Westie, who lived to age 17 1/2, used another pet insurance co. That was terribly disappointing and found a reason to deny coverage for almost anything: worthless. ASPCA pet insurance is the most comprehensive and owner friendly company I have dealt with in this category of business. I am delighted with their efficiency, follow-through and genuine professionalism. I have recommended them to all my pet loving friends. Great company with significant value for money. Well done!!

Solid Service

I did a lot of research prior to choosing my pet insurance. I did so much that I got overwhelmed and walked away for awhile, and then came back to it. Embrace was the clearly the best choice when I came back with fresh eyes. The telephone customer service is very prompt and polite. The emails are clear. The Wellness rewards are awesome (I just regret not getting the higher level of wellness rewards--it's amazing how quickly the wellness-related bills add up). I also think that the things that the insurance plans cover are ideal for the consumer and make sense. The only thing I wasn't clear about from the beginning was having to have all the vets that my pets had seen fax over information. Additionally, asking the vet to fill out the form for an accident/illness claim is a little stressful, but I think that all pet insurances ask for this.

Awesome Pet Insurance

I have been using ASPCA pet insurance for three years now. I cannot say one bad thing about them. This review is in general because I have utilized it over and over for my cats - 10 year old and my two 2 1/2 year olds. I adopted my 10 year old when he was 8 and added him to the insurance and there were no issues whatsoever, which is great because I had no idea of his medical condition for his first 8 years. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I have great medical insurance for them. I have recommended ASPCA pet insurance to many people and will continue to do so. Thank you for helping me provide my boys with the best medical care possible!
