Very happy

We had VPI for three years leading up to switching to Embrace because of their affiliation with USAA. Our Pomeranian mix developed a lump on her paw and we went through both an extensive diagnosis period to rule out cancer and then surgery and post surgical follow up. Thus far, Embrace has paid each and every claim at the allotted amount.

Amazing

SheNu is 13 years old and needed dental work. I submitted the claim online right after I picked her up from the vet. It was incredibly easy (wish mine were that easy). And the claim was processed in 3 business days!!! Thanks Embrace Team -- High Five!

I'm so happy I enrolled my pet with Healthy Paws!

I don’t typically write reviews, but was compelled to do so after my dog, Lexi, needed surgery for a torn ACL. I had heard horror stories of pet insurance companies and the nightmares others have endured in getting refunded the bare minimum for medical needs. I was expecting I would need to spend several hours on the phone to get everything in order for a minimum reimbursement. I truly did figure they would give me all kinds of run-around and excuses for why everything was excludable under the insurance plan. Well none of that happened with Healthy Paws!! OMG, they took care of everything so seamlessly, quickly and most importantly stress-free that I just want to say – THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! I was so stressed out and worried about Lexi, I couldn’t think about anything else. They took care of the vet bill and did so with very minimal effort on my part. The vet submitted the procedure and billing and that was pretty much it. They reimbursed me back almost the entire amount of an over $4,000 bill. I just couldn’t believe how wonderful they are. The reimbursement was in the mail before I could even start thinking about the bill – I was still nursing Lexi back to health and she was all I could think about. And to boot, they even sent me a follow-up email a few weeks after the surgery just to check how she was doing. Nothing else! No billing questions. No, sorry we need more paperwork. Tim, from the Claws and Paws section, sent me an email that was simply asking “Hey, how’s she doing”. I can’t say enough good things about Healthy Paws and my experience. They really took care of Lexi when I needed them most. THANK YOU!!!

Healthy Paws is excellent pet insurance!

Our dog, Ziggy, began to have seizures. He was treated by a neurologist and every claim we submitted (with the exception of the doctor's visit) was paid at the requested 80% plan. I have submitted subsequent bills for prescription medications for Ziggy and all claims were processed within a day of submission and reimbursements were mailed out and received within a few days of submitting claims. Great company and great customer service!!

I will always cover my Pets with EMBRACE

My Bernese Mountain Dog BEAR has been sick with some sort of nasal issue, loss of appetite. Thankfully it was not life-threatening at 9 years old, but the vet bills piles up after taking him for extensive testing at a prestigious vet hospital. First bill was $3400.00. There are a couple more, but EMBRACE processed the claim quickly and covered it exactly as advertised. 80% of the entire invoice after my deductible. No hassle, no haggle... Simple and professional. This insurance is a life-saver toward a pets later years when some issues can become very expensive. Thanks EMBRACE.

A Blessing

Highly recommended. Speedy process of the claim. No fuss. Easy to file claims. Submitted claim on Sunday - approved on Tuesday - received check on Saturday. I was tickle pink when Healthy Paw email asking about my big boy health. Zeus is the love of our life. He is a big teddy bear - American bully. Knowing I had good pet insurance I could focus on his recovering by hugging and petting him.

Satisfied

I've never used another pet insurance, so I don't have anything to compare ASPCA to but I have been overall satisfied. Feel that as the years have gone on I have had an easier time submitting claims (due to technology updates) and have also been more satisfied with my coverage/reimbursements. Overall user friendly and great customer service. When I have questions they are answered quickly and accurately. Helps me understand coverage at every turn.

Pet's Best is excellent!

I'm so happy with Pet's Best. I took out insurance on my 5 cats (about to add a 6th) just about over a year ago I think and had to use it several times for 2 of our kitties. Everything is so simple and easy with PB. My vet submits the claim form and within 24 hours PB gets back to me by email saying they received claim and will get back to me soon, which they do within a couple of days and with good news about what I'm getting reimbursed for. I didn't believe in pet insurance for the longest time and I'm a pet sitter but I finally gave in and I'm so glad I did. I recommend PB to all of my clients and as long as I have pets I'll never be with PB insurance.

Marianne and I love Healthy Paws

I have recommended Healthy Paws to so many people but this is first big problem my bad little doggie got into= but he was covered, All the way to $7000. And it all started with a big old piece of sausage he got his fat little paws on--I thought my big old standard poodle would be more elegant. But I found out he is just a dog disguised in all that hairy fluff and he got just as sick as my old blue heeler when he decided he loved sour cream so much he would eat the bowl. Thank you Healthy Paws because I am retired and watch my bills and with you I didn't have to stop and wonder about arrangements for my bill. And Bad Boy Barry thanks you too because after 7 days of emergency care and follow up----he is free to chase butterflies, steal part of the horses' carrots or grab a bit of lunch from my grandchildren I

covers very little on preventative

Pets Best Insurance only covers $25 a year on flea/tick/heartworm meds. Twenty five dollars will not cover one month of any of those meds so then if your pet gets heartworms (something that should and could be prevented) you will not cover the treatment. I already been through this cause my dog come down with Ehrlichiosis (a tick borne virus) and you wouldn't cover the treatment for his recovery when I am paying you to help cover flea/tick repellent to keep from this happening and you do not. I pay dearly for pet insurance and I can't see where I am saving very much on preventative measures. I can put that money aside each month in my safe and use it towards my pets health needs and come out better off.
