Every claim with Embrace is starightforward and simple. Instructions and communications are clear and processing is efficient. Whenever I call, I speak to someone who is knowledgable and helpful. Also, I enjoy the savings by using the wellness rewards program. Have recommended this company over and over again.

A few months ago I got my puppy. He is this loving little creature I cannot live without (corgi mix). To me he is the best of the best. So I was ready to do everything in my power to make sure this little guy had and has everything he needs, from food, toys, the best VET I could find and insurance coverage. I was recommended to look into insurance coverage by his VET and her assistants. They told me you never know what could happen and the insurance can come in handy. After much research, I decided to insure my puppy with Nationwide. I chose their whole pet with wellness plan. I have to say I am very impressed. My Vets office sends over the claim, within 2 days it is already in the system and approved, within a few days I have a check from nationwide for the amount that was covered. Coolest part is when you log onto your account on their website it tells you exactly how much you will be receiving in check, how much was approved, etc. Yes of course like any insurance they don't cover pre-existing conditions but everything else they take care of.

I reviewed all the Pet insurances and compared them and Healthy Paws came out on top of them all, esp. for the cost of the premium. It was 1/2 what some wanted to charge for what we needed. Then 2 months after getting Healthy Paws insurance for our beloved dog, Zeke, he was diagnosed with mediastinal lymphosarcoma. Healthy Paws was wonderful about paying his claims and made it so easy for us to submit them. Never did they question a charge. Sadly Zeke passed away but we know we did the very best we could for him and Healthy Paws took the financial sting out of his treatments.

We rescued Bella (rat terrier mini pin) when she was about 2 years old, every family member needs health insurance. She had tore one of her dew claws while playing just after we got her, had surgery to remove them from both legs. Since she is such an active and playful dog, there have been occasions that we have had to file a claim. All claims and reimbursements are handled quickly, with explanations and follow up. Without pet insurance, we would have been out thousands. As she gets older, it gives us peace of mind that we can make sure she is taken care of without worrying about how we are going to pay for her care. Thanks, ASPCA.

I've had Pets Best Insurance for 9 years now on both of my dachshunds. We are dealing with disc disease (IVDD) in both dogs and the diagnostic testing and surgeries are very, very expensive. Thanks to Pets Best I don't have to worry about the costs and I am better able to focus instead on my dogs health. This is a great company to deal with!

I had two other pet insurances before ASPCA, and there is no comparison.ASPCA's claim form is simple, they respond fast and I have never had a problem with payments. Always a followup call to check on my dog too ! Without a doubt, the best, we are so happy !!

I am a vet tech. I worked at a large referral veterinary practice for 16 years. I have seen TONS of claims go through, and by FAR, the fastest, easiest to deal with and best, is Trupanion. I have seen horrible customer service from other companies (wait times up to 1 hour to talk to someone, payment for claims taking 4-6 WEEKS??), increasing premiums and deductibles for owners from other companies, you name it. Most of the staff where I worked...guess what company they use? Trupanion. If most of the clinic is using it, I think that speaks volumes.I personally have used Trupanion since it was Vetinsurance, and have submitted what is probably around $15 000 in claims. I have NEVER had a problem. After my claim is faxed or emailed, my claims start processing in less than an hour and I am verified by email. Trupanion pays my clinic DIRECTLY, so I only ever have to pay my 10% up front. NO OTHER COMPANY does that. There is no comparison to the rest if you ask me.... and I've SEEN them all in action. My reimbursement after deductible was prompt. I am happy with their customer service, and although their premiums are rather expensive, close to $90/month, I have been happy with the service.

I love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I'm so glad I chose them for my pet insurance company, I give them my highest recommendation.
