My dog Jemma (3 years old) had to have an ACL repair as well as Patella Luxation repair, For every claim I have had to call them and have them process it - I submitted a claim on 5/23 and had to call today and when I called I was told they would send it over for processing. When you submit a claim they say that you will get a confirmation within 48 hours that they have received it. I have filed 3 claims for her surgery and medications - this has not happened one time unless I call them and inquire about the claim. No one has ever checked on her well being or inquired as to how she was doing. We have had the insurance since she was less than a year old and and this is our first claim. I will follow up once reimbursement has been received and I hope that I will be coming back with a positive review.

I have had this insurance for 9 years and I never had use it, but when I did, process of getting the help I needed for my beautiful cat was wonder. Thank you so much.

Iam so grateful to have all 5 of my rescued cats insured with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have had to use the insurance a couple of times and they have been so helpful showing me how easy it is. After the initial set up all I have to do is have my vet submit a bill and all is done. I can also just take a picture of the bill on my smart phone and email it to them. How easy is that? They respond immediately and I receive a check for the vet visit in less than 14 days. I also love that Healthy Paws is a non-profit and the rates are quite reasonable. I shopped around and Healthy Paws was the best insurer and came highly recommended. Thank You Healthy Paws and my 5 beautiful babies Thank You for being there when they are in medical need.

I had signed up my puppy for insurance with Embrace - within 4 months we had 2 unfortunate medical emergencies and the claims were submitted to Embrace - within 3 weeks after the claim I had a reimbursement check in my hand. No questions asked even though her diagnosis is still an Unknown. Highly Recommend this Insurance Company!!

She has had extensive testing, two surgeries and is on life long medication. Every single time I have submitted a claim it has been paid within just a few days! On the occasions that I have had to call Trupanion my questions have always been answered with utmost professionalism, but even better has been the degree of concern they have shown for making sure my sweet girl gets the best care, They are 100% the very best! This company is an absolute joke. I was with them for almost two years, and finally had to make a (perfectly legitimate) claim. They refused it, but oh, it only took me about 6 weeks and probably a half a dozen phone calls to find out. Do not waste your money, I spent more then $2000 on this joke of a "business". I am in customer service and if I EVER treated my clients this way, Id be fired.

Our 3 year old German Shepherd had gotten into a trash can of feminine products which resulted in 3 intestinal blockages and a need for emergency insurance. What a relief to know I had Embrace pet insurance. We have covered our Shepherd since we first got him at 8 weeks old and I am so thankful we kept the insurance. The vet bill for the surgery alone was over 3 thousand and it made what could have been a financial strain less stressful.
