After all of the fear and worry that we experienced when our pup was sick, we did not have to wait or worry about reimbursement. The process was so easy and took less than a week to complete. You are the very BEST.

Although I have yet to submit a claim I have had a few snags being late with my premium. I have called and been able to push it a few days later and the people are EXTREMELY Kind and Understanding. They have been helpful about answering questions and don't don't feel they judge or rush me. The kindness shown by Trupanions employees leads me to believe they are an honest company and the people who work for them believe in what they're doing. While it's not the cheapest company I came across, they were recommended by my Vet, whom I respect a great deal and from my research, Trupanion is reasonable and easily worked into my budget. With the experiences I have had so far, I feel confident when I do need to file a claim, Trupanion will be there for me.
