Healthy Paws Is The Best

Healthy Paws has been the best investment I ever made. They are so easy to work with and no hassles. My dog Jackson had surgery two weeks ago and Healthy Paws was great, they even emailed me to check up on Jackson. Thank you!

Excellent all the way

When my dog ate a piece of a toy, and consequently got sick, I didn't hesitate a minute to go to the animal hospital, knowing that whatever the outcome would be, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance would cover a fair amount of the bill. The claims process was simple and fast. Thank you for doing a great job.

Great Service & well worth the premiums!

Having been parents to two other fur babies prior, we experienced the pinch of having to pay out of pocket for each and every boo-boo. This go around, we found ASPCA Pet Insurance and decided to cover our pups. Even though our youngest is just 6 months old, he has already had a big injury. He romped too hard with his older sister and broke his front toe. We were grateful to have coverage as it was a lengthy and expensive 6 weeks of treatments (numerous splints, meds and collars). It was a relief to know his repeat visits to the vet all fell under the same incident with just one deductible. He's made a 100% recovery and while we hope not to have any repeat visits to the vet, we feel at ease knowing coverage exists. We will continue to have this insurance for all of our four legged family members. Can't say enough good things about ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Good coverage and quick reimbursement

Having pet insurance through ASPCA insures that I do not hesitate to take my dog in when there is a health issue. The claim form is easy to use and reimbursement is always quick. I would recommend this coverage and did to several families while I waited in the emergency room for my pet to be treated.

Quick and easy

Although we've researched pet insurance plans in the past, this time we actually enrolled our new puppy, and are so glad we did. We chose Embrace based on our vet's recommendation and after comparing their benefits with those of other companies. We just placed our first claim (Wellness) and the check is already on its way to us. I like that the company emails immediately with questions, confirmations, and reminders. We'll be adding our adult dog next, and are happy to have peace of mind at long last.

Do not use this company

Don't use Petsplusus, super slow and refused to pay. My dog is a golden retriever girl, this year, I took her to a pet clinic in my city to give her a full check, they said my dog is very healthy and they would like to offer me a free trail for a pet insurance which is Petsplusus (the insurance free trail only offers to the pet who is healthy after the examination). And then after around 20 days, my dog had diarrhea and ear infection when I took her to the clinic, afterwards they send all her results and records to Petsplusus, I have waited two months and I only got there information submission Emails, I had asked the animal clinic to send them another two times after the first time. After that, another 20 days past, they just disappeared, I have to call them to ask what happened to the claim, they told me the claim was declined, and they refuse to pay because my dog has previous skin issues (which I have never be told by doctors). Even skin issue did happen, how could a skin issue effects her tummy and ear?! I won't go any further with this insurance company, it makes me feel the worst! And the customer service was bad, she was really rude when she telling me the result, and when I said I do not think this is right, could you explain more, she said if you don't like the decision we made, you can apply for a review, they will contact you (I believe they will never do). I don't want myself to go through all these again, and I don't want anybody else to get the same result like me!

ASPCA is the way to go

My dog was diagnosed with stomach issues and ASPCA Insurance helped put my mind at ease with all of her paperwork and the cost. Everyone was very helpful from the beginning of the claim until just recently when I received phone calls asking how my dog was feeling.

My dog is with me today because of pet insurance!

My pet became very ill recently and the veterinary expenses were very high and climbed quickly. He would have passed away if I would have been unable to have him hospitalized. He is only 8 (about 54 in human years - so young). We are so glad we didn't have to put him down because it was not affordable. So far his recovery has been very successful. The only regret I have is not taking out the prescription coverage. I would highly recommend pet insurance to anyone and I do!

Extremely Satisfied Customer

Our dog Zayn recently needed exploratory surgery after being sick for a few days and not being able to hold down food or water. Of course a piece of toy was found lodged in his stomach. Knowing we had Healthy Paws on our side to help with the bill for his surgery was one less thing we had to worry about. Our claim was submitted just days after the surgery and we had a reimbursement check a week later. We had an insurance plan for our other dog with Trupanion and were denied a claim because of a "pre-existing" condition for an unrelated mast cell tumor 5 years earlier. Despite being paying customers for 5 years they of course found a way to deny our claim when we needed help. We wish we had Healthy Paws for him as well. Definitely recommended!
