The best decision we have made- using Embrace
Our 7 year Dashound has had three "issues" over the years. But every time Embrace has handled our claims quickly and efficiently. They are great to work with. I started with them when he was a puppy. Better safe then sorry. Best decision we ever made was picking/using Embrace. Thanks Embrace!

Highly recommend Pets Best
I am so glad I chose Pets Best for Theo's care! My claims are always handled promptly, the rates are reasonable, and I now have peace of mind when Theo needs veterinary care. Our most recent claim was for a costly dental procedure, and the turn around time for reimbursement was just ten days. I highly recommend this company!

Pet peeing blood
Our pet had been urinating everywhere, we didn't know that he was ill until he started having drops of blood everywhere. We took him to emergency to find out that he had an infection. After a day of antibiotics he was back to his old self and started to gain weight that he lost. His claim was fast and I have always been satisfied with our insurance.

This insurance is awesome!
Without this insurance, we would not have our almost 10 year old German Shepherd, Wolf (Wolfie to us). Neither my husband nor I had ever purchased pet insurance before, but for some reason about 5 years ago, we decided to get it. We knew nothing about the various companies, and even the vet's office didn't really have a recommendation about one versus the other. We chose Embrace. Probably 6 months later, Wolf went to get up in the family/great room, and his back legs went in different directions and he ended up having to have a very expensive knee surgery. I think total it was about $8,500, and Embrace quickly approved the surgery and paid 80%. That was impressive enough, but for teh last couple of years, Wolf has been having liver issues. He has had to have numerous blood tests, ultrasounds, etc., and was finally diagnosed recently with pituitary Cushing's Disease. The medication alone for 1 week is $70. The testing which has to be done periodically is about $400 each time. If we did not have this awesome insurance, we would have to consider putting Wolf down, when he is not suffering -- he is still the happy guy he's always been. We can't say enough good about this insurance company and would recommend it to anyone. If we have additional pets in the future, we have agreed that we will get insurance from the very beginning.

Such a great investment!! With an accident prone, adventurous cat that's always on the move, I can rest a bit knowing that he has this insurance. It's been awesome.

Great Customer Service
Embrace is amazing. I submitted several claims for my dog Stanley who suddenly contracted Canine Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA). He needed an emergency blood transfusion, which is what saved his life. We are lucky to have pet insurance to cover the large vet bills that we have accumulated in the past month. I had so many questions and an "embracer" was always there to answer my questions and guide me. I appreciate the patience and care that the embracers give to their customers. Stanley is doing much better now, but he requires weekly blood work to monitor his red blood cell levels.

Fantastic Service and best choice for my pet
I purchased pet insurance with Embrace after losing a previous pet after a lot of medical treatment. I never wanted to need to use it but I did submit claims in the past month. The claims were reviewed in a timely manner and checks were mailed immediately. It's a great peace of mind to have Embrace on my side. I did some pre-authorization and then subsequent claims. They make it so easy! If you're on the fence about pet insurance, do it! I covered my dog at 6 months, he's 4 years old now and it was the best decision I could have made for me and my dog!

Healthy Paws is there when you need it!
When we bought our Bernese Mountain Dog, Brady, the breeder strongly recommended pet insurance. As he seemed so healthy I regrettably put it off while I did research on the major providers. After much research we decided on Healthy Paws but before the insurance became active Brady tore his ACL and developed a luxating patella. $3,500 later I was convinced of the value of pet insurance! This year at the age of two Brady was diagnosed with Wobbler's Disease which has required treatment by a neurosurgeon, MRIs and physical therapy. Healthy Paws has made it possible to get Brady the best treatment. The claims are paid quickly and questions are answered by a sympathetic and knowledgable customer service staff. We even get follow up emails from the company.
I would highly recommend Healthy Paws with no reservations.

Life Saver
Recently our small lab mix, Ollie, was diagnosed with tetanus. He was acting strange after daycare to the point where we felt we needed to take him to the emergency vet. He was panting and drooling, had glassy eyes, and was unable to relax his back legs or sit normally. Needless to say it was a shock that we had to decide in a few minutes whether or not we were going to medically board our dog for 2 weeks and provide full funding out of pocket to treat our dog appropriately.
Fortunately for everyone we made the right decision to take Ollie to the vet when we did. We were told that had we waited until morning he may have been beyond recovery. We are proud to say that Ollie is back to his old self and minus a couple of scars is healthy again.
The thought of having a family member in a life threatening situation is tough enough, but to have to weigh the options with medical bills in the back of your mind is exponentially more difficult. We love the ASPCA for so many reasons, but they have also been so great for us for insurance purposes. Within a few weeks we did receive reimbursement for a majority of a pretty hefty bill.
Thank you very much to the ASPCA for helping us save our dog and loved one. You really were a life saver!
