Trupanion has been there for me and my 9 mos old puppy who had to have extensive surgery on her hind leg. The recovery period for the puppy will be 4 mos. The Vet Clinic faxed the claim and Trupanion e-mailed me immediately that they were reviewing the claim. Within the next 3-4 days they emailed me that claim was approved and check was on its way. This was a 4K surgery and Trupanion paid the 90%. I was ecstatic! Anytime I have called Trupanion they have been very professional and exhibit a true caring for animals. I have had many pets and this is the first time I have purchased pet insurance. I would recommend Trupanion to any pet owner.

My dog Nikki swallowed a quarter and needed an endoscopy to remove it. It was found by accident during an x-ray for back pain. After the endoscopy she developed esophagitis and pneumonia. She needed to be hospitalized for a week.After numerous visits to the hospital she is finally well. I don't know what I would have done without Pets Best insurance. They paid the claim which was almost five thousand dollars. I had peace of mind that I was able to get the best care for Nikki and never had to worry about paying for it. My 16 yr old cat was rushed to the emergency vet as she was unresponsive. Once she was stabilized, and it was determined she was suffering from severe hypoglycemia among some other underlying issues, she was hospitalized for a number of days. Although I knew the costs were adding up quickly, I didn't have to worry because of Embrace. I was able to focus my mind on what mattered most: getting my cat back to normal. I wish dealing with my human insurance company were even half as easy as it is to work with Embrace. They truly have an amazing business model.
