They helped me out with every question and helped me find a good medium monthly price that fixed my new budget and best of all They even waited patiently and never disconnected or left while i was figuring everything out.

Monica is an excellent representative of your company.
Monica is an excellent representative of your company. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and we even chatted about other specific coverages such as medication, etc. should they come up. In addition to having an excellent understanding of her job, she was very friendly and didn't make me feel as though she was rushing through my phone call. She is an excellent source of knowledge, the customer is important, and should be recognized by the powers that be at Trupanion. Thank you for hiring such competent and friendly employees.
