My Rufus is a rescue when he was a puppy. He is now 5 and I was glad to find Pets Best Ins. because not knowing his background I feel better having ins. Having major medical problems with 2 previous purebreds when they turned 10 is also one of the reasons I took out insurance. We have no idea what combination of breeds Rufus is but we love him!"

normally don't take the time to give feedback, but in this case, I needed to reach out and say thank you. If it wasn't for your service, the quality of life for both myself and Sampson would be null. I am forever grateful for the coverage that you have offered, along with the prompt and at times unexpectedly overwhelming turn around that you have given me. Sampson is doing much better and had it not been for your company, there is no way I would have been capable of keeping him in good health. Recently we discovered a small lump in our labs mouth. It turned out to be a mast cell tumor. We did testing to make sure it hadn't spread. Trupanion was amazing and quick to deal with. Our vet direct bills so they deal with all the claim submissions. I really appreciate the quick review and turn around on the claims while I'm standing at the counter waiting to pay.
