The process to file a claim is straight forward and Pets Best is very responsive, acknowledging the claim and providing ongoing status. In November our 3 year old Yellow Lab Beau ate a box of suppositories. I found him just as he was eating the last one. I immediately checked the internet to see if there could be ill effects and I did not find anything. About 2 days later, Beau would not eat his food (extremely unusual) and went outside and threw up. I immediately took him to the vet and was told to take him to a local animal hospital. Once there, they took blood and determined that his kidneys were shutting down (functioning at 25%). Beau ended up spending 5 nights and 6 days in the hospital and a few follow ups at out vet and Beau is back to normal. I could not be any happier with Embrace.
