The insurance has helped me to ensure care for my senior pup with health challenges. Each time I have contacted customer service, they have been kind & helpful. Their 24/7 is excellent. I had an ER visit for my pup recently & it took place over the weekend. Being able to call & ask questions about my coverage helped me make decisions on my dog's care.
