No hassel the Vet's receptionist submits the claim and it is approved before I leave. They pay their portion of the bill right then and I only have to pay my 10%. So convenient and hassel free.

Prompt updates on claim and deductible status. I haven't (thankfully needed an extensive claim so no idea how that will work. It is costly so I trust when I need it, it will be there and be worth it.
