Great experience
I put my claim in on Wednesday. I got an email on Thursday telling me it was approved, and the money was directly deposited into my account on Friday! They were very fast, and fair. So glad I have this pet insurance. When I called with questions, they were friendly and helpful.

Get Trupanion when you get a new pet!
I have recommended Trupanion to several friends and family members when they got new pets. I strongly recommended they not wait! Our pug had preexisting conditions that have been the most expensive over the many years we've had him. The coverage certainly helps with some meds for conditions he developed after we took out our trupanion policy.
