I Would Love To Know How The C…
I would love to know how the claim process works and how it is determined on amounts to refund. I also did not do any calling which is why I out unresponsive but when I do call they are very good at answering and getting back to me.

Lack of communication is a real problem. I submitted a claim a month ago and have heard nothing no response no update from Trupanion and no payment. I think you need to do better on your communication. If things are pending if you don't have what you need you need to let us know.

I had given the date when Sylvester was neutered.
I had given the date when Sylvester was neutered. I was told that they cannot process my claim until this provided. It has been provided and you paid several claims in the past based on this. Don't you keep your records?
