Not completely transparent
I honestly have no clue when coverage starts. I got an email saying my dog is covered, but then when I login there is no paperwork to read the fine print as the email suggests. Luckily she’s in great health, but this isn’t as transparent as I had hoped. In addition, her plan is actually higher than many others I know…but they also had those 30 day trials (I didn’t get the adoption when adopting her). Overall it’s just a bit shady in terms of signing up. Hopefully she’ll continue to be in great health.

My dog is 6 years old and he has never used his insurance, happily. I am delighted that you have joined with my vet. This is a very good practice. It was easy to submit my insurance. I will have to check back as to why none of it was paid.
