Great Service

Once again, Trupanion has been there for my cat's medical needs. I received a fast response and felt relieved that I have pet insurance for these challenging times. We never know when these medical issues will happen, but it feels good knowing Trupanion is there to assist. It is one of the best decisions I've made to get insurance on both of my cats. Finn’s Dietary Indiscretion was covered!

Finn, my Chocolate Lab was brought to our Emergency Vet for “Dietary Indiscretion” ( he at 2 1/2 lbs of chicken jerky dog treats and was admitted. He stayed for 3 nights as they worked to get him to digest it all and ended up not needing surgery thank God! When I picked him up to bring him home, I received the bill and paid it. I called Trupanion when I got home and the woman I spoke with was very kind. It’s was truly a great experience. She walked me through the entire process and asked about how he was feeling, wished him the best and told me to call back if I needed anything. I went to the website and made my claim in under 5 minutes! I immediately received an email stating that they had received it and I would be hearing back from them soon. The next day I got an email and text saying our claim was approved and that a check was on its way. I’m very impressed with Trupanion and their staff. The kindness they give and the quickness of their process is impressive. I recommend Trupanion to every animal owner I know! Thank You Trupanion!

Wonderful!!!!!!

Anyone who has a pet that they love should sign up for Trupanion insurance!!!! When they get sick you have so much more to worry about than how you’re going to get the bill paid and Trupanion is fast and they are fair and I can’t talk enough good about them and everyone should have this insurance

2 week policy is a scam.

I got this insurance for my 2 cats and it has been the most unhelpful plan. I put my newly adopted kitten on the plan, but unfortunately he came with some medical issues that were not known beforehand. When I took him to the vet, it fell under the 2 weeks of no coverage policy, so I had to pay for everything out of pocket plus the monthly fee for the insurance. I am canceling this plan and hope that people won't sign up for it if their pet needs immediate attention as you will be out of luck for any compensation. Abolish the 2 week policy.

Trupanion - Immediate Help When Needed!

Chose this rating because it was so very handy & reassuring that you are there to help and especially today when Vet offices were closed. Appreciated the speedy attention, that all my questions were answered, and liked Dr. Jo so very much. She was very helpful and very attentive. My every question was answered.
