Really hard to put into words, you are the best !! We have had medically the last 3 months it pretty hard with our pets, pancreatitis, surgery to remove an object from the colon and soon an ACL surgery already pre-approved by Trupanion and the total cost Trupanion has paid approximately $10,000.00 !!! My wife and I were concerned they would cancel our policy because of excessive claims. Well guess what NO !!! The customer service representative said “ That’s not what we are about, we are here to help you and your pet “ Amazing company and it’s rare !! Thank you for being the miracle we needed !! ❤️

Healthy Paws pet insurance
My husband and I insured our 2 cats at the advice of our vet, and we were very happy we followed that advice! One of our cats has had several large claims, and we have been very impressed with Healthy Paws. Filing a claim is simple, the coverage has been great, the reimbursement quick, and the customer service helpful. We are very pleased with Healthy Paws and would highly recommend it to other pet owners.

Embrace has been good to me. I’ve been with them for 4 years now. Really didn’t use them much the first 3 years but this last year I’ve had to do a few different needed things for my dog and claims processing has been extremely helpful in ensuring I get paid back appropriately and in helping me understand what to send them to make the process as smooth as possible. I also have the $240 wellness insurance and that’s a great add for things like medications or grooming/ shots etc.

Incredible angels in the care of pets and their pet guardians
Our girl Katsa, who was only 7 and a half years old, got really sick and we had to rush her to urgent care. She was there for a period of 4 days and although she received incredible care, she passed away. Trupanion covered the urgent care costs with no question or delay. When I had to call them to have Katsa removed from the coverage plan, their hearts grieved with us due to the loss of our girl and they were so incredible and comforting. Their deep compassion, commitment to Katsa's care, and love and kindness to us and to Katsa and her brother Logan, spread light our way during a sad time. They sent a beautiful card that made us and Logan feel at peace. They were our angels during this and we are so blessed. From the beginning of Katsa and Logan's coverage, we have been treated like family and it is so evident that they truly love animals and their pet guardians. THANK YOU TO OUR TRUPANION TEAM!

Your agent gave a clear explaination of services. Nice lady to talk to. She listened to my questions and answered them. She knows your product. No high presure sale. I compared your insurance with several other companies. Your service and pricing was in equal to or better than the others. As with all insurance policies, I am glad you are there but I hope I never need to use you.

It has been great working with Healthy Paws. They are super prompt, and have great customer service. After my puppy had surgery they went out of their way to check in on her, which I thought was extremely thoughtful . I would definitely recommend this pet insurance to all my friends.
