The process for filing a claim could not be any simpler. Just upload a picture of the invoice to the app and you have a check in just a few days. The few times I called the company I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had. The policy is the most comprehensive I could ask for and there's no "fine print."

Insurance with ASPCA has been superb since day one. Submitting/tracking claims is so EASY. Our puppy most recently had a bout of sickness that required a trip to the ER. The claim submission took no time and the processing was completed with a super quick turnaround. In addition, a team member called a couple of days later to check on how our pup was doing. Truly great service all around! I am so glad to have ASPCA Pet Insurance!

We have Embrace pet insurance for our 3 cavalier King Charles spaniels. It is a great comfort and relief to have them covered by a very reliable and dependable insurance company. We initiated insurance for our Beagle when he reached ten years of age. Up to that point in time he'd been healthy, was taken to the Vet twice yearly for checkups or other services. Since that time he has slowly developed a problem with his left rear leg. I will add that per each time I've contacted ASPCA Insurance the Staff was professional, made inquiries as to how my dog was doing . Very important PR for those who are per parents.

It is never a good time for your dog to have an illness, but to have to put out a large amount of money a few weeks before Christmas is especially hard. Our neighbor threw a turkey carcass into the woods and my dog got into it. Thankfully, the only thing it caused was a bacterially infection in his intestines. However he needed to be seen at an ER for bloodwork, x rays, needed sub-que medication for dehydrations, so his bill was several hundred dollars which was all covered minus my deductible. However, within a week of submitting my claim, my reimbursement check was already on its way. Embrace makes submitting a claim easy and with direct deposit, there is no waiting for your check.

When bringing home our dog over 5 years ago, we knew we wanted insurance. After comparing all the providers, we decided on Embrace and it was a great decision. They provide excellent customer service and are very responsive in processing claims. I believe their cover is very good as we've had a high maintenance pup! Our dog just went through some illness which ended up with some costly bills.
