I Have Had Riley With Pets Bes…

I have had Riley with Pets Best since she was a little puppy and have been very satisfied throughout with exception of this last claim. I am disappointed of the amount of reimbursement. Maybe if claim was filed a little different or different code it wouldve been better. I wish someone would"ve let me or the vet know. I plan to have Riley for several more years and I want to continue to have the best care for her."

There Was No Communication I H…

There was no communication I had to log on to find out an email update would have been nice. Also no explanation as to benefit I know about the deductible but there was another $200 with held and not included with out explanation
