My Claim Was Rather Lengthy Bu…

My claim was rather lengthy but PetsBest handled it within a week. I received exactly what I expected. They are always quick and accurate. He suffered from liver disease which nobody saw coming. He was always so energetic and within a week his appetite decreased to almost nonexistent. We tried appetite stimulants but to no avail. The vets did everything they could but within four days of hospitalization he passed away. It was a very sad day for me. Pets Best handled the claim very fast. It didnt bring my cat back but it eased the financial burden it brought to me. Of course I would rather of had my cat get better and pay the full cost but things don"t always work out to our liking. Healthy Paws hands down!

My mother recommended pet insurance to me while I was waiting for my pup to come home. She has Healthy Paws, but encouraged me to do my own research. I did. I settled on a final three, and ultimately chose Healthy Paws. My pup came home, and is and was the sweetest boy, but seems to now be plagued with health issues. He turned one in January, and first on the books is double knee surgery. He had one of two done, three and a half weeks ago. My claims have been processed and approved as of four days ago. This includes a couple day delay, but was due to me not providing all needed information from his doctors. The customer service representative that I dealt with during the process was considerate and friendly. I could not be more grateful that I chose Healthy Paws. And this is a truthful review, from an actual customer, with nothing to gain by this review other than hopefully help another pet parent. I absolutely, 100% recommend Healthy Paws!

Nice to make a decision not based on cost

Our five year old Doodle was lethargic and not eating so we brought her to the Vet for an exam. Through exam it was suggested an x-ray be performed to look for signs of blockage. Due to the limitations of x-ray, the Dr believed there was a foreign body in her stomach. We were given three options and we were happy to be able to choose the course of action based on what was best for her and not based on cost. Long story short, our dog had eaten a pair of underwear and had perforated her intestines in a few places. Three nights in the hospital and surgery resulted in a $5000 vet bill. The convenience of direct billing and a $250 deductible made what could have been a serious financial hardship a much smaller deal.

Most Amazing Pet Insurance

Last summer, I rescued a labroador mix. I was introduced to Figo by a friend who said to try Figo and you will by happy you did it. She was right. I did some research and of all the pet insurance available today, Figo covers the most, and one of the most affordable. My first claim was for an upper respiratory infection, which later turned to pneumonia. I filed a claim by going on my Pet Cloud app. Within 5 days, the claim was processed. Could not believe how easy it was. In the beginning, I had my my dog's recent exam emailed to Figo. From there, they contacted my vet to verify my claim. Thanks Figo. You made everything so easy.
