Customer service was very kind but your company made a determination that my pets condition was preexisting that is Monday morning quarterbacking and was not apparent to me or my vet when I first took out the policy.

I have cancelled my policy because your company always finds a reason to reject my claim.
I have cancelled my policy because your company always finds a reason to reject my claim. Because my dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia 3 years ago, you will not honor any claims about that forever.

Very good when I first started with you a couple of years ago, now no so good.
