The only thing that I'm disappointed in is the turn around on the reimbursement which you to be about 10 days or less now I was informed it would be about a month

Very good when I first started with you a couple of years ago, now no so good.
Very good when I first started with you a couple of years ago, now no so good. Getting arun around on when my claim will be resolved. Last time took three days, now we're into 3 weeks.

Our one year old puppy ended up in emergency, and will need surgery-the representative I spoke with was kind, and very knowledgable.
