I'm so glad I have pet insurance for Abby!

I've been pleased with the plan covering my two Siberian cats.

Paid them for years and the they only covered $270.of a $1000. claim. Would have done much better putting the premium in a savings account.

Claims are always processed in a timely manner. Excellent and responsive customer service!

We are first time dog owners, and had heard about how things happen to dogs that you just don't know about. We decided to get insurance and it was the best decision. When Spencer was about 10 months old he started limping. We found out his growth plates closed too early on both legs. He already has arthritis in the left leg, which is the worse one. He needs surgery on both legs, but the left one first. The insurance company covers this. What a blessing! We ended up adopting Spencer's brother and added him immediately to the insurance. ASPCA has been great to work with and it's easy to file the claims on-line with quick reimbursement. Highly recommend.

Great service however I cannot seem to get an answer on a claim from March. I'll try again Monday.

My first claim was paid within 24 hours i expected a similar sla this time as was disappointed that it took several days to process. Putting out the funds in advance creates a financial burden where quicker payment would be better

Always available to answer questions. Excellent coverage and options so that anyone can afford pet insurance. I have multiple policies for our companions over many years and Pets Best is an excellent choice, highly recommend!

My claim was rather lengthy but PetsBest handled it within a week. I received exactly what I expected. They are always quick and accurate. He suffered from liver disease which nobody saw coming. He was always so energetic and within a week his appetite decreased to almost nonexistent. We tried appetite stimulants but to no avail. The vets did everything they could but within four days of hospitalization he passed away. It was a very sad day for me. Pets Best handled the claim very fast. It didnt bring my cat back but it eased the financial burden it brought to me. Of course I would rather of had my cat get better and pay the full cost but things don"t always work out to our liking.
