This was a wellness claim for my dog's annual vaccinations. Pets best reimbursed me the maximums allowed per vaccine. This was a huge relief as this is one of our biggest annual expenses with our dog and it's great to know pets best has our back!

I'm happy that most of the charges for annual exams are reimbursed, but confused as to why some medications (for trauma) weren't. I don't clearly understand the "deductible" per pet.

I bought pet insurance, for the very first time, to cover my new puppy, Riley. My vet discussed with me that she recommended pet insurance to new owners because of the healthcare care advancements that are available and coming down the pike. I was able to use it for his first wellness visit on Tuesday and the claim was paid (with the exception of forty cents) on Saturday. That's faster than my own insurance company pays my claims. Here's to hoping I don't need anything other than the wellness coverage but if I do, I feel confident after my first claim was so quickly taken care of by Pets Best.

My claims have always been reviewed and resolved quickly and efficiently. I'm thrilled with my decision to select Embrace. I am disappointed that my rates go up so much each year, but was told it is because of where I live and the cost of things in the area. Outside of that, I like having piece of mind that if anything happened to my pup, weighing emergency costs would be lower in my mind.

I really hadn't used my pet insurance until a few weeks ago. My young dog became very seriously ill. To make a long story short, I am beyond grateful that (a) I had invested in pet insurance long ago and (b) the claim filed by the vets office on my behalf was accepted and processed so quickly. I will gladly recommend anyone with a pet invest in pet insurance. It's been a blessing during a very difficult (and expensive) time.

Pets Best has been great through 5 pets so far. Payments have been fast. When there has been a problem they work through it very quickly. I always recommend them to other pet owners if they do not have pet insurance.

My dog started throwing up his food with no warning. He did it twice in one day and I decided to take him to the emergency vet. In the past, my dog has eaten things, like socks, underwear etc. and although he doesn't do that anymore, thought I better get him checked. He was given two x-ray which came up negative for foreign object and they advised it was some type of stomach issue.. We were sent home with meds and had him on a soft diet. He ended up getting better. I sent my claims into PetsBest and it was so easy, like usually to submit my claim. When I have fallen before ( not this time) the customer service was AMAZING and really cared about me and my dog. Thank you PetsBest for being the best experience for our dog insurance.
