The Best Pet Insurance By Far.
We have three dogs all of them are insured and I wouldn't have it any other way. Fantastic customer service, very quick and thorough. It really helps when your vet will direct bill to Trupanion . If you have a puppy I highly recommend trupanion ?? they're the best

Only problem we had was from what our vet told us was a problem with what they told us was we supposedly had 2 different accounts which from what i saw was there fault as i checked and i only saw one account

An Overall Happy Outcome
My experience was very good. I do wish the written claim settlement text was more straightforward (reader friendly) as i had to send an email asking for a customer language explanation rather than the insurance speak text I received about the claim values. The person who responded explain the details perfectly and very much as if we were having a conversation. Bravo for this!
