Bought insurance from this company for our kitten as soon as we got him, (8 weeks old). Shots always up to date, neutered, vet exams etc etc. Had him to the vet last week for more shots and exam, and they found that he still has a baby tooth and it needs to be pulled. (He's a year and a half old now). This is something that they list in their policy as being covered under the plan but, Trupanion refuses to cover this as they claim he has never had a dental exam, which is untrue, he has his teeth and mouth looked at everytime he goes to the vet. And he had not had any dental exams, we would not even know about this baby tooth. Very shady company. This battle is not over but I would be very leary about purchasing insurance through this company.Buyer beware!

I would absolutely recommend it to any pet parent . Advanced medical treatment is available these days , but the cost is significant. Without Embrace I couldnt have covered the cost of the medical bills .What I like about Embrace : policies are very clear and easy to understand , premiums reasonable and the coverage is great. Claim submission process very easy, I 've never had surprises about actual charges covered vs the policy. Payments are quick . And the customer service very nice and helpful

This is our first experience with insurance for our dogs. We just purchased our policies within the last year, getting one on our puppy when he was quite young. After spending many tens of thousands on care for my first dog (uninsurable by the companies around at the time due to a pricey pre-existing condition), I asked my vet about it when I got a new puppy last fall. She recommended Embrace as the best. After 8 months of way more claims than I ever expected to submit, I have to agree with her. I have insurance and wellness plans for him. I loved being able to customize the plans easily and with so many options. Unfortunately we've certainly tested this company! We've had wellness claims from neutering and microchip to routine care items. And my little guy seems to have a sensitive stomach so we've had some insurance claims, too. This particular claim was for a hospital admission for extensive vomiting and diarrhea. They sent reminders for documents they needed when I signed up to make sure he didn't miss out on any coverage options. They give you tips on how to get the most out of your coverage. Every claim I've submitted has been handled promptly. The one time I had a question before submitting a claim, it was answered quickly and completely. They're in communication every step of the way once a claim is submitted. And they've even sent follow-up emails to be sure larger reimbursement checks have been received. I'm so glad I chose Embrace and I highly recommend them. I feel they truly do care about the pets they insure and the pet parents who love them. Thank you, Embrace!!

Before I bought this insurance, I reviewed some feedbacks and I felt that I shouldn’t buy this insurance. Then I called and discussed the things that were important to me; thanks to the lady who I talked to, she gave me and actually persuaded me to but this insurance. Right now, I am really happy with ASPCA insurance and I am glad that I made the right decision. Till now- which is almost 8 month since I got the insurance, I had two claims and both have been taken care of with a week.

My Maltese/Yorkie cross needs surgery to correct a problem with her knee. Trupanion was very helpful and responsive to all of the questions that I had. They helped me set up online banking so there were no delays in getting reimbursed. They are very well organized and polite. I would highly recommend this company for your pet insurance needs.
