Tammy is very pleasant and professional; no issues with her at all !

Tammy is very pleasant and professional; no issues with her at all ! However, I have two canines on separate policies with Trupanion and the credit card that I use for automatic payment has been compromised. I have offered to make the payments by personal check but Tammy informed me that is an unacceptable method of payment. I’ve been with Trupanion for many years and I can’t believe the rigid payment policy. I’m willing to make the payments by check ... I’m astonished that the company is so cavalier about losing money !
