This is an awful company. I work in public health and deal with health insurance companies on a regular basis and nothing that I have ever dealt with is comparable to what this company does. They have falsified conditions on claims that I have submitted so that they could claim the condition was pre-existing. My pet also had a severe health issue that occurred on the last day of the waiting period and continued to persist, and they would not cover it because anything that occurs within the waiting period is also considered pre-existing. Do not use this company unless you enjoy throwing money away every month.

I have a pitbull and rotti mix and signed up for ASPCA pet insurance as soon as I adopted the at 2 months of age. They are now 5 years old, and I believe it is one of the best decisions I've made as a pet parent. The customer service is superb, and the process is very simple.

ASPCA pet insurance has been there for us through end if life events and surgeries. The are always compassionate and the coverage always meets or exceeds my expectations.

I submitted a Wellness claim and received the correct amount deposited into my account in a very timely manner.

Signing up for Embrace has been the best decision we could make when we first brought our puppy home two years ago. From the Wellness puppy shots to a dog park attack to a recent trip to the ER, having embrace fulfill our claims has saved us thousands. They fulfull the claims so quickly and best of all it gets deposited right to our bank account. Would highly recommend to others!

I purchased coverage for my 9 yr.old miniature poodle rescue and I decided to go with the additional Wellness Rewards coverage. Fred has a few issues that I knew would be considered "pre-existing", however Embrace reviewed all of his records to make sure that we would receive all of the coverage to which we were entitled. I was kept well informed of all the steps involved and was given very detailed explanations of all decisions. My coverage was activated 5/8, Fred had routine dental work on 5/23, and on 6/13 a check is in the mail!
