I discovered that my pet insurance coverage was with PetPlan (since my dog Gigi was 8 weeks old) when I truly thought that I was insured with Trupanion. I was very disappointed and disheartened to realize that this mistake was made by me and that my sweet girl wasn't insured the way that I intended. Candis was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and was very professional!
