Appeal process seems straightforward
I do really appreciate Trupanion a lot - and I always recommend you guys. This time around though my claim was filed under a new issue even though it wasn't as the diagnosis has changed, so I am having my vet appeal that decision. The appeal process seems really easy and Allison on Customer Service was really helpful and friendly.
