I am so incredibly grateful to Pets Best. I have had a very sick dog who has been struggling to get well. It is hard enough facing the possibility that you might loose your pet, but the financial burden is another component . Having this insurance has made a really difficult experience much easier. Dino is normally a high-energy cat who is constantly getting into mischief. When I found him hiding/sleeping for hours (and actually behaving himself), I knew something was very wrong. And of course, it happened on a weekend but luckily, I could take him to a 24-hour emergency animal hospital. He has since made a full recovery (misbehaving as usual) and I'm glad he is a pet insurance purr-ticipant.

We are extremely happy with our results from our claims. Results after a routine blood test done annually by our Vet alerted us her liver needed checking out. After more tests and xrays our Vet put her on supplements and prescription dog for liver. After 4 months her liver count is back to normal. She just needs to stay on the prescription dog food. I collected my receipts, took the claim form to my Vet to fill out and mailed them to Embrace. They sent a email informing us they received the claim. A few weeks later we got an email stating our claim was completed. I logged into Embrace and everything was listed. It was very through and easy to understand. So happy with our refund and Embrace.

Bought insurance from this company for our kitten as soon as we got him, (8 weeks old). Shots always up to date, neutered, vet exams etc etc. Had him to the vet last week for more shots and exam, and they found that he still has a baby tooth and it needs to be pulled. (He's a year and a half old now). This is something that they list in their policy as being covered under the plan but, Trupanion refuses to cover this as they claim he has never had a dental exam, which is untrue, he has his teeth and mouth looked at everytime he goes to the vet. And he had not had any dental exams, we would not even know about this baby tooth. Very shady company. This battle is not over but I would be very leary about purchasing insurance through this company.Buyer beware!

Embrace made it easy for me in an unexpected, difficult time for my maltese illness. There was many anxious times when I didn't know what to do and I'm grateful.

I would absolutely recommend it to any pet parent . Advanced medical treatment is available these days , but the cost is significant. Without Embrace I couldnt have covered the cost of the medical bills .What I like about Embrace : policies are very clear and easy to understand , premiums reasonable and the coverage is great. Claim submission process very easy, I 've never had surprises about actual charges covered vs the policy. Payments are quick . And the customer service very nice and helpful

This is our first experience with insurance for our dogs. We just purchased our policies within the last year, getting one on our puppy when he was quite young. We never dreamed we would have major expenses so soon. Embrace has been very speedy processing claims and sending checks in a timely manner.
