Thank goodness for Embrace!!

I cannot thank Embrace enough for the excellent coverage and timely service we received for all THREE (yes, three) claims we have had in the past year! Our dog needed major surgery as well as coverage for two other unexpected medical bills and Embrace covered all three (to the tune of almost $7,000!). We could not be happier with their service and highly recommend them to all pet owners!

Outstanding Product

I did a lot of research before buying pet insurance and this company seemed to stand out head and shoulders above the rest.Unfortunately our dog has many ongoing illnesses that he needs medication for and has had one major operation that we might not have been able to otherwise afford. After our $500 deductible was payed Trupanion has payed for 90% of all our medical expenses according to the terms of our policy. There have never been any problems or issues of contention and any dealings I have had with their customer service reps have been met with friendly courtesy and with a sincere desire to help.This is a fantastic product and I can't think of a single thing this company could be doing better.

Trupanion is the best

90% reimbursement for a low monthly premium. Its a no brainer. If you are going to have a pet, they are going to get sick sometime over their life. It will happen. There are going to be accidents, illnesses, and diseases. The monthly payment is worth knowing that you can get whatever treatment is needed when that time comes. I have already been able to provide a $4000 emergency surgery for one cat and recewntly ongoing care for kidney disease for another. Trupanion was fast to process claims and reimbursements. My vet has a direct hookup to Trupanion so I only have to pay the 10% copay and they bill Trupanion directly for the rest. As a comparison, a few years ago before I realized the importance of health insurance for pets: my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and another with liver cancer within four months of each other. Before it was all done we had spent $7000 on vet bills. We could have spent $700 if we had Trupanion. That's what sold me.

Great customer service

Claims processed very quickly, with follow-up phone call to let you know that it was done. Then another follow-up call to check how your pet is doing. Very nice people! Love them!

Top Notch!

I have a 9 pound Morkie who keeps getting into things and causing issues with his GI tract. Trupanion is amazing with quickly responding and reimbursing my claims. Their customer service staff are always very caring and concerned when I contact them with a question. I truly feel like they care about my pet.

East of doing business

I've had a policy with Embrace for 5 years now. It has been very easy to file claims and review their statust. It has been worth every penny spent on the premium. I'd recommonend Embrace for sure.

Wow... and thank you!

We were new customers to Embrace, and shortly after we became eligible to submit claims, we had a horrible coincidence take place - our cat, Kali, had to be rushed to the vet. We never thought we would end up using the insurance so soon, as our cats were relatively healthy outside of some ear stuff and dental issues. Originally, we thought that her swollen toes and odd behavior were the result of an injury since she's a clever kitty who had recently learned how to crawl inside our couch! So when we discovered the problems with her toes, we rushed her to the vet, thinking that it was a recent injury. This was the start of a 2-month long journey for Kali that started with a near-amputation of her toes that was canceled last minute after an EKG scan found a tumor in her chest. We received a referral for an oncologist who recommended surgery to remove the tumor. We found out that the condition on her toes was known as pemphigus and we suspected that she might have cancer. We were told by several vets that the likelihood may be high. Thankfully, the tumor was a benign one but the pemphigus would remain possibly for the rest of her life. The good news is that the tumor's removal means that her condition is much more mild than it was with the tumor in her, which means that the medications that she's one now are limited and therefore not nearly as debilitating as they might've been with higher doses. Through this very stressful time in our lives, when we thought we might lose our cat, we were so thankful for the Embrace insurance. I was almost certain that we might not receive coverage, being new customers, and due to some stories that I have heard about other pet insurers. However, Embrace was with us all the way. All claims were processed within a timely fashion & they even checked in with us during this time to see how we were doing. The website and submission process makes it very easy to submit claims & track them, and I love seeing the breakdown of what was covered. I'm so thankful for Embrace. Because we were in a position to make the best choice for our cat's quality of life, Kali now is much healthier than ever, and we hope to have many more years with her. I will never have an animal that I can't cover through Embrace.

I wish my insurance company for people is for my p

Whether it was Jelly falling and needing serious ligament surgery or for emergency blood transfusion because of previously undetected anemia, a diagnosis of chronic kidney failure which necessitated lots of lab work, and subsequent, ongoing treatment, or Max's serious flea problem, or reimbursement for Simon's routine check ups, ASPCA has delivered over and over again. They are very clear upfront and what is covered. I have use them for more than 10 years and I've never been disappointed. Without them my expenses were my one cat, Jelly, alone would've been $16,000 out-of-pocket. ASPCA consistently covers 80% of all my expensive. Truly a lifesaver! I recommend him highly

Best Customer Service!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is absolutely amazing. It is so easy to submit a claim by just snapping a picture on the app (takes me 10 seconds, I do it before I leave the Vet!) Recently, my pup had an emergency, and it was of course quite expensive. Thank goodness she is okay, and thank goodness I had insurance. They let me know my claim was approved within 72 hours, and I received my check one week later, before I even had to pay off my credit card. Even more impressive, I got an email from Healthy Paws checking on my pup after her stomach issues. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough.

I am very thankful for Healthy Paws

My GSP ended up getting sick, which turned out to be a fungal infection. Many expensive tests later we have these results. We are still waiting on a treatment plan and Healthy Paws has been right there with us. Pets are family and you only want to provide them with the best medical care. With Healthy Paws I can do that. When you get pet insurance you pray that you will never have to use it. But I can't tell you how thankful I am for Healthy Paws. It makes a very stressful situation a little less stressful.
