My dog recently had a totally unexpected trip to the emergency vet. I was in the middle of a move and with moving costs, housing deposits, and all of the other expenses associated with moving, I was very stressed to add another $1,500 expense to my monthly budget. Thankfully, the vets were able to take care of my pup and Pets Best gave me peace of mind in my finances. The claims process was simple and I was reimbursed in a week. I tell all of my friends that pet insurance has been well worth it--I don't ever worry about having to make difficult care decisions for my pet simply because I can't afford the best care option.

Pets best had made the claim process so easy! I bought flea and tick meds for my dog, took a pic of the receipt, uploaded it and that's it!! With in minutes I was notified through email that my claim was being processed. With in days, I was notified that I was reimbursed! Awesome!

The reason I always recommend Embrace Pet Insurance is they keep you informed by email on the status of you claim and pay usually pay within 2 weeks! If I did not have pet insurance I would not be able to afford the tests that are needed for my senior cat.

I couldn't be more satisfied that Bryn, a lead customer service representative who contacted me on the previous claim to ask questions to ensure it was processed expeditiously. This above and beyond is extremely helpful and something we don't expect these days and much appreciated. It helped me more currently as I'm dealing with cancer treatments. A reminder to fellow policyholders.. you have a 6 month not 1 year time period to submit claims which is detailed in the policy. Last year I had a couple claims denied due to being late. With my treatments that year, I was remiss at being timely. SO, keep track of time with claims. Pet insurance for both my dogs is like any other insurance.. something you hope never to need. It has been helpful and Pets Best surely receives high marks from me.
