Finn tested positive for diabetes

On Dec.20 2016 Finn was given tests and found to have diabetes. He was immediately put on insulin,but it took 2 months of basically weekly tests to regulate his insulin.I am very pleased how embrace handled everything and especially the prescription plan for the insulin. Disappointed!

Used Pet First Ins. on a trial basis when we first adopted our puppy. Unfortunately, our puppy was sick within the 1st week of owning it. Had multiple Vet bills to pay. Submitted a claim with Pet First. They continued to request info. We obliged in doing so. After all that time and following Pet First requests, they denied the entire claim. No specific reason(s) given. Glad we didn't continue a policy with them.

Prompt review and payment on claims

Excellent customer service

We received the worst news possible about our beloved boy who, after a vet visit, ED visit and several tests, had an inoperable tumor and we had to put him down. Embrace was compassionate and responsive throughout the very difficult time.

Love them!

We have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for a few years now and love it. I did A LOT of research on insurance and really narrowed it down based on customer service. Every instance I have actually speaking to a customer service representative is a pleasure. Not once have I ever gotten an attitude but more of an understanding of the emotional situation that we were going through. I am very happy that we went with Healthy Paws and have suggested it to many of my friends and family members. It has saved us a lot over the years and with the plan we chose it is barely noticeable and definitely worth it for our 2 dogs.

Our claim was paid in less than a week.

Got a confirmation email pre-approving our claim after one phone call, made a second phone call to confirm the submission of our vet bills and the claim was paid in a a few days. The process could not have been easier and customer service was excellent!

Best decision since arrival of my pet!

I have only had my chihuahua a few years, unfortunately she has developed problems with a collapsing trachea and is more prone to upper respiratory infections. She is a little fighter and is doing much better but I am extremely grateful for the assistance and security trupanion has provided for us. This has been an excellent decision to maintain.

Fantastic

My Cat, Miss Malcolm, has just turned 20 years old and we have been with ASPCA since she was a kitten. She has been pretty healthy till this past year so until now we haven't had much need for Vet Visits but when we did see our Vet, this insurance was on top of everything immediately. As of October, Miss. Malcolm's little kidney's began to fail. I have been giving here fluids 2 times a week since. I order her prescription supplies and then submit bills to ASPCA with there very simple on line billing. Within about a week I receive a check. It is so simple. It is great dealing with there staff by phone or chats on line. They are kind, concerned and always follow up if needed. I wish ASPCA insured people because I would certainly have them instead of my carrier taking care of me. Valerie

Expeditious & Reassured

Wellness claim was processed quickly and customer service was very helpful during the processing of my first claim online. I feel reassured there will be no worries satisfying future costs related to their annual exams, flea/heartworm medicine etc. in order to keep them healthy for years to come.
