Slow Payment

I've been a customer of PetSecure for 8 years and haven't had many claims; small stuff usually and an annual dental cleaning. I recently submitted a claim for $180 for a needle aspiration procedure. The results were fine and no further treatment was required. The claim was submitted on July 28; I received a letter on August 1 stating, "please allow up to 9 business days for processing." Today is now the 22nd of August and have heard nothing else! I did an online chat and the operator advised that they would be reviewing shortly. How long does it take to review a simple $180 claim???

Excellent & prompt service!

Purchased basic pet insurance for my young pug puppy. When his eye prolapsed and had to be removed, our savings account was saved by ASPCA from a huge blow. Our claims were easy to submit and processed quickly once records were received. Direct deposit meant we could resupply our savings account quickly, which is great peace of mind! Our little dude is a happy, healthy pirate and will be covered by ASPCA for his lifetime. I know I can trust them, even though we were brand new clients, they took care of us like we had been with them for years!

Love ASPCA Insurance

My dog Ozzy Winston Licorice LaLaLa Barnett - yes its a long name - is a black Field Spaniel. He's beautiful + a very happy boy that has had lots of health issues. I feel like ASPCA Insurance have been supportive throughout. Incredibly nice people to talk to on the phone and they look after me and Ozzy better than any "people" insurance ever have. You're doing a great job and worth every penny.

My dog had a severe neurological problem that I needed him to be seen by a neurologist ASAP. Once the neurologist mentioned an MRI as an option, I immediately called Trupanion and got pre-approved for all diagnostic testing that needed to get done. As an LVT, I have seen many pet owners faced with the difficult decision of not being able to treat their pets due to financial constraints. I was estatic how fast Trupanion accepted my claim, and how fast I was pre-approved. It made making a very difficult decision a little easier. Thank you Trupanion!

Embrace offers excellent service and caring.

Fast review and service !!!!!!

Hy cherish 3year old golden female has seizures since 1 year old. Seizure meds are paid for as well as liver test and phenobarbital level checks are paid for. Great company fast payement , no hazels !!!Also paid for a emergency pyrometra !!!

Good policy

Only have accident/illness coverage, not for routine check-ups. So when I make a claim the bill is usually pretty high. The insurance has def been helpful. Last time I was reimbursed 50% of the total cost - after paying deductible. I thought that was a fair amount. Glad we have coverage.
