Worst Customer Service
Pets Best has the worst customer service of any pet insurance company I've spoke with. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes when trying to ask questions about coverage. I eventually hung up after they didn't answer, but who knows how long it would have taken. Stay away from them.

Great company
Great company! Reasonable prices. Easy to use app and quick response! I did some research before choosing them. They got good customer reviews, and now I know why! Recently, my puppy got very sick and ran up some big vet bills. Even though I'm pretty techno challenged their app made it extremely easy to submit the claim. And I had the reimbursement check in less than a week! Highly recommend them!

Exceptional Customer Service
Our pet needed quite a few days in the pet hospital for pneumonia and ingestion of a foreign body (plastic). Pets Best came through for us and reimbursed the full 80% after our deductible. The customer service was excellent. I especially want to thank their representative Paul for his assistance and thorough follow up. He kept us updated and ensured the claim moved along. Thank you! They are “the Best”!

Customer Service is AMAZING
I am new to SPOT pet insurance, but not new to pet insurance. Torey was amazing and she is one of the reason's I gave my business to SPOT. I did have one other insurance company that was less expensive than SPOT, but the service and attention Torey gave me is what sold me. I am confident the coverage I have on my 2 pups will ensure they have the best quality of life I can give them. I will be adding another dog later this month as well. Thanks to this insurance Leo can have quality care
I got Leo almost 5 years ago and thought that pet insurance was probably never going to be needed but felt better to have. Well, 4.5 years later and here I am able to give Leo the best possible care he can have without any worries about finances! He's at the specialists as we speak getting an ultrasound and specialized bloodwork to try to investigate what's going on with him and it feels amazing that seeking the care he needs doesn't put my family I financial hardships.
