Helps to offset the big bill to care for your pets

I have had aspca insurance for years and it helps when you have a huge bill when god forbid they get sick or an emergency. i definitely recommend it.

couldnt have my pet with out aspca

Amazing Coverage

My 2 1/2 year old chocolate lab has had 2 major health issues. She ate a highly poisonous plant and almost died, and she just had ACL surgery to repair a torn ACL. Healthy Paws responded to my claims quickly and had a reimbursement check in the mail to me within a week. They covered 90% of my claim and I could not be happier. We have never used pet insurance before and after working with Healthy Paws I would never own a pet without it.

Best Pet Insurance Company

Satisfied

Last month our cat Inky suffered from severe acute kidney failure. His care included two days inpatient care with an indwelling catheter, multiple lab tests, and still requires home care with subcutaneous fluids and meds. The bill for the inital treatments totaled just shy of $2000. As per the policy after the deductible was taken off the total, ASPCA reimbursed us almost at the stated 85% of the policy and all within one week. A very happy experience, second of course to Inky's continuing recovery.

Fast turnaround fair reimbursement

My lovely cat swallowed a thin long purple ribbon in front of my eyes (I had been gone only a few seconds) so the next morning after she vomited I took her to the vet. She had two visits, two X-rays, blood tests and examinations. I submitted the claim to ASPCA insurance with the recommended documents and within a couple of weeks I was reimbursed a substantial amount of the vet's bills. It went smoothly with no discussion and arguments unlike health insurance for myself. If I could get ASPCA insurance for myself I would!

Poor Communication

Filed a claim and uploaded the necessary documents however Embrace said claim couldn't be processed because they did not look to see if the invoices were online. They suspended my claim however the necessary documents were available if they checked.

Very Thankful for Embrace!

We adopted a new dog 7 months ago and thankfully decided to put him on the same pet insurance plan we have for our other dog. We had chosen Embrace because they partner with my car insurance company and offered a great discount for existing customers. I have also heard good things about them from a few of my friends. Our new dog developed gastrointestinal issues and we ended up spending a lot of time and money on diagnostic testing and treatments. I filed 3 claims on the same day and all of them were reviewed and completed within one day! The money was reimbursed and deposited into my account within a few days. Having Embrace for our dogs gives us peace of mind and the ability to get our dogs the care they need and deserve! Thanks, Embrace!

Fantastic

We have been clients for 21 years & have always received exemplary service. Recently our 16 year old kitty had her benefits reduced to 50%. We appealed this decision & were pleased to learn within 48 hours of a reinstatement to her previous 70%.
