Consistent and reliable
Healthy Paws is easy and hassle-free, and very consistent about their coverage even when my dog Leland had to undergo an expensive ACL surgery. I joined after leaving Trupanion, who reserves the right to pick and choose what they cover on a case by case basis, and I couldn't have made a better decision.

Extremely happy
As always, we are extremely happy with all of our interactions with customer service and overall in being a Trupanion customer! I have no doubt we will have all of our future animals signed up with Trupanion! One suggestion: It would be great and very convenient if the invoice submitted could be associated with the claim in customer portal so it could be viewed at same time as reviewing claim details. Like a link that when clicked opened a pop up window showing submitted invoice. Something like 'click here to view invoice associated with this claim '.

Great staff
The rep understood was patient and help me through I felt pretty silly after that all it was an email with my photos to the claim dept. She told me not to worry! I went into a complete brain fog my mind was on my pet! She was very kind and understanding 10stars not enough thoughtfulness is what every pet owner needs from your company that is exactly what I got . Way to go !!!
