No words can truly express how grateful I am to have my pups insured with the best. To me, that’s Embrace. Thank you all at Embrace for your kinds words and support during a terribly difficult time with our Chloe. Sadly we lost our little girl. She was only 7. They light a candle for our sweet Chloe. How thoughtful that was! Additionally a representative was so helpful at a horrible time when Chloe was in the ER. She followed through, went 1,000 extra miles to help us. Everyone of you them are amazing and we are so thankful for all they have done.

We have an 8 month old Labrador and purchased insurance for preventive as well as emergency based on a recommendation from a friend. A puppy visits the vet very frequently in their first year and it was great to have some of that cost reimbursed. Our puppy injured her leg and needed x-rays and medication and a large portion of that expense was also reimbursed. Hartville has been very easy to use and extremely quick on the reimbursement. I would highly recommend this service.

ASPCA is the best insurance I have worked with. They follow through with phone calls to see how your pets are doing and there is never a hassle about a claim. They take the sting out of the hard decisions regarding one's fur child. Kudos to ASPCA insurance, a great company for your pets, they have been there for our Jack and us from the beginning. ASPCA has been wonderful to work with!! They truly care about the wellbeing of your pet and are very easy to work with. I have had dogs all my life and would think about getting pet insurance but never did. My beloved dog Sam was diagnosed with lymphoma and I was devastated. Sam went through chemotherapy, which was costly ($10k) but worth every penny. After Sam went into remission I decided to obtain health insurance through ASCPA for him knowing that the lymphoma may come back. It did come back after he had been in remission for one year. With the help of Sam's ASPCA insurance coverage Sam has completed his second round of chemotherapy and is in remission again. Thank you ASPCA!!!! If you love your "furry" children contact ASPCA regarding their pet insurance! The monthly cost is minimal and well worth it if your pet becomes ill.

I have had other pet insurance in the past and was always disappointed in the return on investment and quality of service. We have had Embrace Insurance for the past 3 plus years and find it to be an excellent company. What is very important to me is the way that the Embrace Staff treats me when I call with a question. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable. The company also sends important information via emails and always sends good thoughts to our two dogs. Most of the time the response and payments for submitted bills is very timely. Overall, I am very happy we found Embrace.
