We had actually called in regard to cancelling our insurance due to cost. The representative gave us different options to consider....which allowed financially to continue on with our insurance. Greatly Appreciated the service!

Very thoughtful
It was very thoughtful of the representative to ask how my cat was doing - I assume she was looking at his file and seeing he had had some issues in the past.

Trupanion gives me hope for insurance companies...
I could not be happier than I am with Trupanion. No arguments, no messing around - just honest, QUICK claim processing. Better still, then i get on the phone, i have a real human within seconds and it is clear that they genuinely, truly care.

Healthy Paws is a great pet insurance to have!
As far as pet insurance is concerned, Healthy Paws is the only Insurance I have had but I must say they have been wonderful. Their customer service is outstanding and they process claims quickly. I have only good things to say about them. I was unsure whether or not to take out pet insurance but am certainly happy I did.

Healthy paws were very quick to respond
Our dog had to have emergency back surgery to fix a ruptured disc that had left her paralyzed in her back legs with no bladder or bowel control. Surgery was a success but very expensive. I made a claim to healthy paws for the amount and within just under two weeks our claim was reimbursed.

Life saver
My 7 month old French bulldog presented with vomiting and diarrhea. The vet felt watching was okay unless symptoms did not resolve or became worse. They became worse :(
A second scan revealed what was thought to be a possible obstruction. It would be a life or death gamble not to operate. Trupanion made it so much easier to proceed. Without it we would have still done the surgery but the financial impact would have made it difficult. I will never be without this insurance again
