The representative did not help my situation because the agreement I accepted included the 30 day elimination.

The representative did not help my situation because the agreement I accepted included the 30 day elimination. I just adopted a retired guide dog about 2 months ago. She ended up with an ebola bacteria bladder infection. Next, she contracted pancreatitis and was very sick for several days. Both events were unexpected and very expensive. Though she is worth every penny, no one expects such serious health issues so soon. It is frustrating to know that none of the costs were covered and never will be, because she contracted the pancreatitis and bladder infection during or before the 30 day period. I hope there will be no further illness for a very long time, but I feel that I should have considered the details before enrolling with insurance.I respect the rules, but it seems there should be exceptions.

I'm very happy with our policy and coverage and knowing that it affords me care for my dog bugsy'.

I'm very happy with our policy and coverage and knowing that it affords me care for my dog bugsy'. The only thing that is disappointing is that upon speaking to one of your representatives on Sunday to get some clarity on the specifics of our coverage, he proceeded to give me a thorough breakdown of our policy and also suggested that I add on the care package that covers physio therapy such as Hydra therapy and accupancture and things like that. Based on the information he provided to me and the knowledge that my dog now is under veteranary care for hip displasia I was more then happy to call in today to add that fee of $7 and change so that my dog will be well taken care of. Upon making the call today I was so upset when I was told that I would not be able to use this towards he's condition as it's now considered pre existing. The agent on Sunday did not clarify that but rather led me to assume that it would be part of his ongoing treatment. I'm hoping that you may consider making an exception to my policy. Thank you very much, Denise Simone
