It was very quick and easy to file my claim! I did it right online. I received a response almost immediately letting me know my claim was received. A couple days later, I received an email it was approved and the money was deposited right into my account. Thank you Pets Best!!

This was my first experience with pet insurance and it was much easier and quicker than "people" insurance claims. I appreciate how fast the claim went through and how quickly the reimbursement arrived. The only coverage I don't understand or agree with is the limit on reimbursement for well puppy vaccines. The distemper vaccine and the initial Bordatella (intranasal) vaccine were covered, but what the second distemper injection, and the first rabies vaccine Kerry will receive soon? Also another core vaccine includes Leptospirosis which Kerry may receive. On the whole, though, I believe Pets Best is a wonderful insurance to obtain.

I have had this insurance on my dog now for at least 3 years and have had NO problems with you guys at all. I am VERY satisfied and recommend you to my friends to look into acquiring Pets Best for their pets also.
