Not happy
We are VERY unhappy with Trupanion. We are forced to appeal several denials of expensive claims recently. We will NEVER recommend Trupanion to ANYONE - not even an ENEMY. Feel free to contact me.

Claims
Office visits are essential in follow up treatment for an accident or an illness. There is no way to continue resolving a health issue without this. I can see excluding the initial visit, but once a condition has been established, follow ups where new medication is needed or a new procedure is recommended (or not) should be a covered expense. A consult with a surgeon to see if a surgery would help resolve an ongoing issue should also be a covered expense. It is all part of treating an injury or illness that has been established. Please reconsider some of my claims. Sincerely, Ilene Zwerin
