Very personal
He tried to fax the information but the vet clinic did not receive the information. They had a problem on their end. Was very helpful and caring and personal.

Price increase
I've been recommending Trupanion for nearly seven years. When your policy changed from limiting your annual premium hike from up-to-20% to DOUBLING this past policy anniversary, I am less inclined to recommend you.
