Incredible staff
As always the staff was incredible and showed true concern for my pup that was attacked by another dog. The refund took very little time and what could have been a real pain was very easy. Human health care should be this fair and easy!

The Claim Submission Was Very Eas...
The claim submission was very easy and the customer service was exceptional. I was disappointed the claim was not applied to my deductible. I was not aware of the waiting periods.

It Was Super Easy To Submit The C...
It was super easy to submit the claim online for starters, I was informed along the road of evaluating my claim, it only took 1 week turn around time for a decision to be made about my claim & it took less than a week for my reimbursement to be automatically deposited into my account. I will never change pet insurance carriers & love Pets Best! Thank you!
