All though we have had trupanion for several years and never qualified for a refund I would still recommend trupanion

Kelli was fantastic to deal with over the phone and really followed through with my inquiry later by email. Kelli is a wonderful person to have in “customer service”. She definitely takes her client care role seriously!

When your dealing with the health and welfare of you're best friend, It just makes you feel better that everything is covered and I can concentrate on taking care of her.

I have your insurance for the event of a critical problem or issue with my 3 dogs. You do not seem to cover preventative care for me.

Just got what I consider a huge price increase.😖

I would like to give my thanks to Camille and the whole Trupanion team. My dog has serve allergies and one of his allergies is grass. We are in the vets office all the time with ear infections, skin infections, ect... I am thankful that I know I can rely on you helping me afford the cost to take care of my Rome. I don’t have to worry about giving my dog the nessessery care because I can’t afford it. I tell everyone I know with pets get Trupanion...... you don’t want to get into a situation we’re your surrending your pet because you can’t pay. and Its a sad reality but people do it all the time. Another amazing thing I love about Trupanion is that my monthly premium has not gone up to an unreasonable unaffordable amount. I truly feel like you do care about pet care needs.
