Embrace has been an easy company to work with. I have always been able to get someone on the phone to answer my questions, and the turnaround time for claims processing has been very quick. Staff have been pleasant and professional in their communication.

This is the 4th pet insurance company that I have had in the last 20 years. This is the only company that I have liked. They are amazingly kind and responsive. They do an amazing and rapid job of processing claims. I am a health care provider myself. I wish that the claims that I file for clients went through as smoothly and quickly as the ones I file with Embrace. I recommend your company to anyone who has a pet.

Getting Embrace for my 9 year-old Westie Pepsi Rex has been one of the best financial decisions of my life. Pepsi was diagnosed with diabetes which is a chronic, serious condition and without the help of Embrace, this devastating development would have been even worse. They have been fantastic at covering 80% of Pepsi's claims after a yearly deductible is met and they pay quickly. Customer service is wonderful.

Embrace is the finest pet insurance you can get — my pug gets mast cell tumors, and has had radiation and multiple surgeries, and Embrace has come through for us every time. Healthy Paws is hands down the best pet insurance out there. My ten-month-old German Shepherd mix had almost $1K in vet bills a few weeks ago followed by an emergency room visit for a wound on her nose. Healthy Paws gave me the flexibility to tell the vet to run whatever tests she needed to in order to find out why my dog was sick, it covered her antibiotics, and I received my reimbursement less than two weeks later. Not only that, but Healthy Paws followed up with me to see how my dog is doing. Truly, a wonderful company! Filing claims is super fast and they keep you updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!
