You're the among the very few companies I deal with who are always happy to help with whatever situation I have going on with me, and most certainly with my companions here at home. If I'm hurting, you're empathetic and kind. If I have a question, you're helpful and kind. If I'm worried, you've never failed to put me at ease. Top that off with the fact that there've been a couple of times over the years when my payment didn't go as expected. Trupanion has listened and worked with me both times so that I can keep my critters' covered. No worries at all. Heck, if I could, I'd just call you guys every now and then just to say hi. :)
