I loved the most that Jennifer said that I will be covered
I loved the most that Jennifer said that I will be covered and that I should do everything to make sure that my dog is in great shape. I felt my dog is taken care of and that I made a very good decision enrolling Riley with Trupanion since he was 8 weeks old.

All the customer service rep are VERY polite and helpful and sometimes have gone above and beyond.
All the CSR's that I have spoken to at Trupanion in the past couple of years and now including Lashell have been VERY polite and helpful and sometimes have gone above and beyond. They know answers to all the questions that I have asked now and in the past and if not they have put me on a VERY short hold to find the answer for me.
