I was told you did a survey of Labradors in my area and then you raised my monthly insurance from 77.00 a month to 103.00 a month for my one lab. If you are going to raise rates you should not include those who already have been insured with you. I have bragged and referred you to many people, but not anymore. I am looking for an alternative insurance due to your lack of support for your current customers. I am retired and disabled and you just increased my dogs insurance so it will be more difficult for me.

So for example, protein in urine is 1 deductible, bad kidney function, that is another deductible, etc. This is terrible. My dog is very sick and you haven't paid a penny towards diagnosing her illness.

Thank you for being there. I don’t regret paying into it all these years. I was hoping that if something HAD gone wrong that we would be able to use the policy. Unfortunately for everyone his illness took him very, very fast. ????

Totally worth it
I already have Lemonade for Renters Insurance, and when I was looking for pet insurance, I noticed that they had it. Picking a policy was super easy, and even needing to change it was super easy as well. The customer service is helpful and they helped make my policy the way I needed for my cat!

This is the worst pet company ever
This company claims, after a full year, that they have still not received my pet's records, despite the fact that my vet has verification that the records have been sent three times. As a result, I can't make any claims. I've been paying premiums for a full year, and have had nothing but hassles. The vet has sent records via email three times and has phoned twice and the company still claims they've had no contact with my vet. Stay far, far away.
