We love having insurance for our rescue…
We love having insurance for our rescue dog. It has been extremely beneficial to us because he has had unexpected health issues and we are able to treat and continue care for him easily with this insurance. We never have another pet without insurance.

I think it sucks that you have to wait…
I think it sucks that you have to wait 2 weeks before coverage can begin. In 11 years my pet has never needed a Vet and I was hoping to be able to help her if needed with this policy because financially we are very limited but given it doesnt go into effect for 2 weeks. We don’t have the funds to give her treatment for that long if needed. So I purchased the plan for nothing.

Multiple increases per year…
Instead of increasing annually like every other company, they will hit you with an increase whenever they feel like it multiple times in a year. Have only had our policy for our puppy for a few months and they have already increased it by $10 per month. If I had know this there is no way I would’ve gone with them
