Customer service is understaffed and terrible
I have had ASPCA insurance for quite a while...this pet and my first pet. I have been basically happy with them because i did not need live customer service/support. Today I call with a simple question, which should have been answered on the website but is not. I was on hold for 15 minutes, then cut off. Called back and waited another 10 minutes only to get someone whose English is spotty and who could not help me. I am angry because it has been a wasted morning. I pay a lot of money for this service and I am wondering about the value. Unless the customer service improves I will no longer recommend this company and will have to look elsewhere for insurance for my pup. All I ask is that someone who knows something answers the phone in a timely manner.

PetsBest Pup’s Best
Our pup has always been well cared for and PetsBest has always been there when we needed them. Pup has chronic and ongoing allergies requiring vet visits and medication and outside of reaching our deductible, most treatments and pharma have been covered. we would not consider any other insurer.

It said the wellness funds would be immediately available. After I went to purchase the policy it charged two months up front which is bs THEN it said it was only 80% reimbursement with a deductible which was supposed to be just for the illness coverage?

There are not enough words that could describe my appreciation for MetLife Pet. They reimbursed us almost $5,000 for my sweet LuLu’s surgery. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. It was an easy process and so worth the money! I will never let any of my fur babies go without this insurance!
