MetLife Pet Insurance has been a life saver for me and my pets. When my dog tore both of her CCLs, an almost $10K surgery, I didn’t have to choose between my family’s financial stability and my dog’s quality of life because MetLife was there to cover it. Their customer service is amazing, the claims process is simple, and I am so thankful for this company. Everything is clearly explained so I know what is covered and what is not. Had coverage on my 4 dogs for 7 years, it's been great aside from the doubling of premiums each year for the past 2 years. Prior to that there were no premium increases. Claim submission and reimbursement is quick and easy. Even with increased premiums, it's saved me thousands over the last 2-3 years.

I switched from another insurance to metlife and am able to get the same coverage for less for my senior dog. When my previous insurance doubled my rate, I was anxious and unable to sleep thinking of what could happen since my girl is now in the double digits. When I discovered metlife and was able to get her covered, it was a weight off my chest and let's me breathe easier knowing she can get the best care still without price being a factor.
